Lampson International has been a worldwide leader in the heavy lift and transport industry for over 60 years. Introduction of the Lampson crawler transporter in the early 1970s laid the groundwork for what has become one of the most versatile heavy lift systems on the market. Adding a Ringer base increases the lifting capacity of the basic crane by up to 400 percent by distributing loading over a large area. In the case of the Lampson 4600, the capacity is 750 US tons using a 60 foot diameter Ringer.
