The Cat Ten tractor holds the distinction of being the smallest gasoline powered tractor ever built by Caterpillar. After it was introduced in 1929, it played a key role in mechanizing American farms. It had a 4-cylinder gasoline engine that boasted a respectable 15 drawbar horsepower.
Precisely replicated in 1:24 scale, the Cat Ten model was designed from original engineering drawings, photographs and field surveys of the actual machine to ensure accuracy. Hand-assembled from more than 350 individual pieces and painted in authentic gray, this limited edition miniature features all brass construction, free rolling tracks with authentic tensioners and detailed operator’s controls.
